TLMI has announced that it is searching for a seasoned executive to make a significant impact on the trade association representing the label and package printing industry. The president will head the staff team and partners, and be closely involved with the Association’s Board of Directors, committees and membership.

The successful candidate will be an energetic person who thrives in a high-visibility environment and can lead many of TLMI’s initiatives, including:

• Outreach and collaboration with related organizations
• Guiding marketing activities
• Membership recruitment and retention programs
• Budget and financial management

TLMI’s Search Committee is staffed by Affinity HR Group, a national HR recruiting and compliance firm. Affinity HR Group will be facilitating this confidential search process and will start accepting resumes for the president position on March 16, 2020 and will continue to accept candidate resumes until the application submission deadline closes on April 13, 2020. TLMI expects to make a final decision by mid-June, 2020.
